A tale of two teeth!

This week Grant lost his first tooth! It has been awhile since the last time we had a toothless mouth. It is so fun to go through the excitement over loosing a first tooth with each kid! I must admit I was a little sad to see him loose his first tooth. It brought back memories of when he was a little baby, and having his first teeth start pushing through. It seems so long ago........

Speaking of teeth.... I was looking through pictures on my camera and Troy said "mom, take my picture." He then stuck his face right in the lens. This cracks me up whenever I see it. It shows his latest battle wound...his front tooth! A few weeks ago Troy jumped from a table (don't ask why) and hit the back of our couch...his tooth took the brunt of the impact. I was so sad to see his tooth go grey. Whenever one of my kids would hit their mouth I would just hold my breath and hope that nothing happened to their teeth. Unlike Grants tooth that I was sad to see go, I look forward to the day Troy looses this tooth! Troy has been our most accident prone kid! If you look closely you can also see his scars on his forehead.
