This week I was able to attend a special breakfast to recognize Savannah and other students at her school. They were nominated by a member of the staff for showing integrity. I am so proud of Savannah for this accomplishment. To have integrity is something that I feel is so important. Sometimes, as a Mom, I wonder if anything we are trying to teach our kids is getting through, and then there are days like this when you can't help but feel so happy to see that your child is taking what they have been taught, and now applying it in their life. I don't take credit for this, I am just thrilled that she is making this value part of who she is. We never heard who nominated the students, or what they did to receive this recognition, but I have decided that knowing that she is developing and showing this value is good enough. Congratulations Savannah we love you and we are proud of you.

Savannah didn't want me to take her picture, but being the annoying mom I am, I took it anyway!
Madison Hall, on the far right was also recognized.

Way to go Savannah!
